Here I go traveling again. This time its a cruise!

I have lost 45 pounds so far on ITG Diet, I'm not going to blow it on a 2 week trip.
I will be taking ITG products to supplement the healthy food choices I will make while on the cruise ship. For example when we go to the Burger Bar, obviously I wont eat the bun, I will ask for extra lettuce, tomato and pickle. Then you have the Omelet bar, I will order Egg White omelet, no butter Pam spray please, and add lots of veggies to it!
I was focused on ITG my last trip but I have made new healthy eating habits that will make this trip even easier for me. That's a good thing because I love to travel but I hated being fat...
