I made it through another vacation. This one was a 1 week cruise and 1 week traveling by car with my husband. I did all this with only a 2 pound gain at my first check in after vacation!

In the past when I would cruise I would have a Free Ice Cream cone every night after dinner.
This cruise I did eat some fruit that is not on Step One, but I didn't crave the ice cream like I did in the past.

Thanks to ITG for helping me make healthy changes in my diet to last a lifetime.
