I am a successful ITG Dieter who has maintained my weight goal range for 2+ yrs. I travel extensively for my job, often to places where the cuisine (or availability of a protein-based diet) is questionable at best! I cannot recommend their products highly enough for portability and ease, even in these days of tight TSA restrictions. I often take the shake bottles and bars with me through carry-on, or pack the pre-made drink boxes in my checked luggage (inside a zip lock bag, just to avoid a luggage disaster!). This ensures that I will meet my daily protein intake without too much hassle, and I can avoid temptation in the airport lounges by having a snack readily available if needed.
