ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Rhubarb-Mango Chutney

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 4 people ()


  • 1 ITG Aloha Mango Shake Bottle
  • 1 Bag Frozen Rhubarb
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lime Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon or Allspice

Rhubarb-Mango Chutney Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Spread out rhubarb in a baking dish.  Pour prepared Mango drink over and add lime juice and cinnamon (use less juice as desired).
  3. Bake for 15 minutes covered with foil. 
  4. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and slightly blend so it’s still a little chunky. 
  5. Top over a piece of fish or chicken!
