Hi,
I've been on ITG since Saturday, kept a food log on my FitnessPal app...my weight hasn't budged. I know this is early but I feel like some of the bloat should be gone. I haven't had any fruit and I gave up the sugar (tootsie rolls, chocolates, etc). I have kept in the Diet Cocoa - 25 calorie packets - but I can't imagine those are ruining any progress.
Basically, I do veggies/salads and 2 shakes a day, 1 bar/day and a meal with protein. Plus the cocoa.
I do exercise maybe 4X a week. I do like eggplant but also eat tons of cucumbers, lettuce, etc. I'm cooking at home with PAM if the veggies aren't eaten raw in a salad.
