Yes! Many people tend to have a hard time with the veggies. One thing most people tend to enjoy is making a veggie shake. Use one of the fruit drinks or pudding packets (mixed fruit, pineapple orange, strawberry banana gelatin, chocolate or vanilla pudding) and blend it with spinach, cucumber, kale, and any other veggies from the approved list. Blending them and making a shake out of it covers up the flavor and completely changes the texture. This makes a quick, simple and delicious breakfast too!

We also have many recipes on the website that might help you. Cooking them in a variety of ways can help you figure out what you like the best, this will also change the texture a bit. Try our mock cinnamon apples recipe. This will help increase your vegetable intake, but actually tastes like baked apples!
