Hi all just wanted to share my recent find with everyone. I bought this water container that really looks like a tall 23 oz cup. It's hard plastic and it has a cylinder in the middle and a reusable straw. The cylinder in the middle can be filled with lemon, lime, tea bags pretty much anything you would like to flavor your water with. My fav is cucumber and mint! This helps me when I need to drink more water instead of just plain old water this gives it an extra kick that most of us need so I just wanted to share. You can find them just about anywhere like Walmart, Dollar Stores, Bed Bath & Beyond depends on how fancy you want to get.
