I am a golf instructor and I spend a lot of time on the golf course. I lost 8 pounds in the past two weeks and my friends ask me how do you do it? I just make sure I am prepared! I bring a cooler with me everyday with some ITG premade shakes and bags of cut up fresh veggies like cucumbers, celery and tons of water. Anytime I need anything it's right there for me. I am dropping weight like crazy and it keeps me motivated to be prepared everyday when I leave the house so I can stay on track. Just thought I would share.
