I found a trick to making strawberry smoothie! First, unscrew cap and remove outer plastic seal. Turn bottle horizontal and shake powder to side of bottle. Pour in really cold water while bottle is sideways. Then the powder doesn't stick at the bottom. Shake, shake, shake!
