Dadhija Kukamandra OFFLINE Posts: 24	I just wanted to mention how helpful the tools are that you guys provide. The food diary I keep and do on here I feel really is the most beneficial to me since it really hones in on what I am doing. I have learned a little about myself by keeping one and it definitely keeps me on track!
