Hi fellow dieters,

I went out to eat with my nephew and his wife this Sunday after Church.
On the menu was fresh sliced veggies as an appetizer.
I said "oh, that sounds good, I hope I have my sea salt!"
My nephews wife replied "your sea salt?"
me..."yes, the veggies wouldn't be any good without my sea salt!"
her..."you really have changed your diet, if you are going to order veggies as an appetizer"
me..."I guess I have!"

I love my sea salt and I love ITG diet!
