I cheated! I let temptation get the better of me and I found out first hand it was not worth it. I went to a birthday party the other day and it just so happened they had my favorite food...pizza. I tried my best to stay away but out of the corner of my eye I could see it. I could smell it as well. So I had a couple of slices. At first I thought it would be good but it didn't even taste the same.
 The next morning I felt sluggish. It just so happened to be my weigh in day and it was an alright check-in but I have been losing 5 pounds a week and only lost 2 pounds. ::does walk of shame:: I won't let it get me down I am back on track and now I know to just stick to my guns since it really is not worth it! |
