Yes! I stuck to my guns today too!

A coworker of mine brought in cookies that she baked the night before. She always offers all of us some kind of homemade treats which are REALLY good.. I was able to hold back and not take one! I didn't want to seem rude so I told her about my diet and how well I've been doing the past 3 week (down 12 pounds!) She is such a sweetheart, she asked what foods I can eat on the diet so I told her a few things, and I mentioned that the website has a recipe section with desserts and other things. I think I purposefully mentioned the Mock Baked Apples made out of zucchini so she is looking at that recipe today! I hope she makes them soon haha!
