Me too!! I stuck to my guns...

At the end of the workday last Friday my coworkers invited me to go have drinks with them at a restaurant for happy hour. I’m on Step 1 and not drinking alcohol but I haven’t had any so far. I got my bartender’s attention and told him I was not drinking. I asked if he could possibly mix my packet of wild berry in some chilled soda water and put it in a martini glass. He made it for me and I pretended to sip on a cosmo! Of course it’s not a real cosmo… but it was delicious as usual! My tip…always carry a packet of one of your favorite drink or shake mixes in your purse in case of a bar emergency!!
