ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Veggie Soufflé

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 1 people ()


  • 2 cup(s) any vegetables you like, shredded
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 Packet ITG Maple Oatmeal
  • mixed seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, your choice)

Veggie Soufflé Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Blend ITG Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal in blender until fine
  3. Place shredded veggies in a large bowl
  4. Use cooking spray to coat soufflé dish, cover with a dusting of the ground oatmeal (any excess oatmeal, pour out into veggies)
  5. Add remaining oatmeal and seasonings to veggies, stir until everything is coated. Make sure if veggies are still damp (zucchini) to evenly coat all items in bowl
  6. Beat egg whites until they are stiff, and stir half of them into veggie mix making sure to coat everything. Add remaining egg whites
  7. Pour into soufflé dish and bake 20 minutes or until the mixture is firm
