ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Veggie Protein Shake

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan

Recipe

  • 1 Packet ITG Wild Berry Mix or your choice
  • fresh mint to taste
  • ice as desired
  • 1 -8 inch cucumber, peeled (scoop out seeds if desired)
  • 0.5 cup(s) fresh kale
  • 8 ounce(s) water
  • 0.5 lemon, lime, or both
  • 0.5 cup(s) spinach

Veggie Protein Shake Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Nutri-Bullet or blender (some older blenders may not crush ice enough to work well)
  2. Blend until smooth consistency and enjoy!
