ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Veggie Protein Shake

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan

Recipe

  • 1 Packet Fruit Drink Mix of your choice
  • ice as desired
  • fresh mint to taste (optional)
  • 1 dash(es) cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 - 8 inch cucumber, peeled (scoop out seeds if desired)
  • 1 dash(es) lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • 1 cup(s) fresh spinach or kale
  • 8 ounce(s) water

Veggie Protein Shake Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Magic Bullet, Ninja, or blender (some older blenders may not crush ice enough to work well)
  2. Blend until smooth consistency and enjoy. Pour into ITG Shaker bottle with blender ball to keep the shake well mixed, or add cayenne pepper and drink it fast!
