I have a easy recipe for Tilapia. I buy the frozen filets from Publix (defrost in cold water before cooking) and season with garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt and fresh ground pepper then I cook on my foreman grill for 5 mins squeeze a half a lemon on top and it's just perfect.

The guy in the seafood dept at Publix told me that the frozen ones are the same ones they sell in the case. They taste great trust me.
