TOPIC: Cauliflower Gratin

Wow, I just created a new lunch for myself. Too yummy and easy not to share.

2 cups Cut up Cauliflower
ITG Cream of Mushroom Soup - prepared using 4 oz of water & my 4oz of skim milk (saved from breakfast)
Minced garlic

Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray. Add the soup mix, garlic and cauliflower.
Baked for about 30 min at 350.

Kind of like eating au gratin cauliflower instead of potatoes.
Just like the Cauliflower Mash is substituted for Mashed potatoes.
I can’t wait until I am on Step 3 and can add some cheese to the top.
