I went on the video portion of the site to check out the salad jar video as well. I have mason jars I use for some of the crafty things I do so I am definitely going to use them for this purpose as well. For my salad I mixed it up a little bit by cutting up raw peppers along with onions and cucumbers. I did the 50/50 mix with spinach as Kevin mentioned and a couple of teaspoons of the Walden Farm’s balsamic dressing. To not get bored sometimes I bounce between that dressing and the Walden Farm’s Italian. Thanks for the great idea!
