Hi Joanna!

Great question. The holidays are always a wonderful way to get together and spend quality time with family and friends. Of course, the holidays also revolve heavily around food...and eating a lot of it! You don't need to suffer through Thanksgiving on your diet. We have a lot of great recipes posted on our website and are adding more every week! Visit the Holiday Dishes section of our site to get some great ideas for your dinner. Check and make sure you are making Step 1 approved dishes for yourself since you are in Step 1. You can even trick some of your friends and family into eating very healthy side dishes, and they will never know the difference! There are also many Step 3 recipes for anyone that is in maintenance and they are delicious!
