Hi Lila, I just wanted to put my two cents in...I also suffer from being a carboholic and a night cravings person. I actually cut up veggies like red bell peppers, cucumbers and I always have a jar of pickles and bags of salad ready to go to make a quick snack of it and not go off plan. My coach says extra veggies will never hurt me in fact she said it will just keep you feeling full and add fiber to your diet. I also started drinking caffeine green tea later in the day and that helps a lot too.
