Hi Lila,
Well my suggestions would be these things I have listed below. I understand most of our dieters have a hard time at night after dinner.
Eat all your veggies (the fiber in the veggies gives you that full satisfied feeling)
Drink all your water hit the target of 64 oz and get extra in when possible
(keeps you feeling full)
Cut an ITG Diet Bar up into many pieces and eat slowly.
(make this your after dinner snack/meal as long as you have not had a limited item for the day already.
Also the sour cream and fine herb zippers is a pretty big bag that one can be spread out and makes you feel like your getting a lot.
Keep in mind we have a super supplement called Crave Support that helps with temptations whether it be salty or sweet this will squash those cravings. I suggest reading the information sheet to make sure there are no contraindications first. Then decide if it's right for you. I put the link here:Super Supplement Crave Support
I use this supplement myself and I LOVE IT! It really works especially if you take one at 1-2 pm (the latest) it lasts you for that late day time that you need to fight those urges.
