One of my girlfriends is a breast cancer survivor. She wants to lose some weight and is thinking about starting ITG. I told her she may have to check with her doctor before starting the plan and she insisted she does not have any diet restrictions to follow.

I remember filling out an extensive health questionnaire when I joined ITG, I'm sure you had a good reason for that, your the professionals. What if someone registers to start ITG and has had cancer in the past?

I really want to help my friend lose weight but not if it is not a healthy way for her to lose it.
