Paisley Curtis OFFLINE Posts: 11	Hi ITG, I'm having a problem getting in my daily 64 ounces of water. Can I use Crystal Light or any product that adds some flavor to the water. Any help would be appreciated...I want to continue to succeed on ITG Diet! Paisley
