Friends who are moving slowly on Weight Watchers and other programs, or struggling to watch their eating, keep asking me how I lost weight (40 lbs!) and I tell them I have a special plan that was originally recommended to me by a chiropractor/alternative health professional. I did a lot of research into the health benefits or various plans, the adverse side effects of many diet plans, and the success rates. This plan promotes balanced health, new appreciation for vegetables (without the garbage dressings and etc., each has its own amazing flavor!), no bad ketosis breath, no tummy aches from the products, feeling satisfied after eating, reduced cravings bc sugar gets balanced... and my blood work has proven it all.
