I HIGHLY recommend ITG to every single person I meet who wants to lose weight. I wanted to get rid of the 13 pounds I had gained over the Holidays but with my schedule, it was nearly impossible for me to fit in an onsite weigh-in every week at a diet clinic. When I found out about ITG, I had to try it! In the last 3 weeks, I have lost 7.6 pounds and I am just 5.4 pounds away from my goal weight! It’s entirely online so you don’t have to worry about fitting an on-site weekly weigh-in into your busy schedule. Plus, the food tastes GREAT and the support I receive is second to none! My weekly online check-ins are always followed up with a very positive and encouraging email from my wellness coach. She always has something positive and nice to say. Also, ITG coaches are always just a phone call or email away when I need them or if I have a quick question. I’ll NEVER do another diet again. I love, love, LOVE the ITG Diet. I don’t have a single negative comment to make about the food or the service I receive. I’ll continue to recommend this diet to everyone I know who wants to shed any extra pounds!
