Here I am almost 10 months from starting ITG diet.
My original post I was wondering what to eat on Date night, I didn't want my date to know I was on a diet. Looking back I don't know why I cared. I guess I was so insecure about myself when I was overweight.

Now I have reached my goal weight and I am being asked out on more dates. I am still having difficulties with What to Eat on Date Night...only problem now is I tell my new dates that I recently lost weight. Then I order a salad for dinner and they question why I am not ordering a big expensive meal...???

Why do others care what I eat? I don't preach to them that the food they are eating is killing them, I wish they would let me eat my salad in peace.
