ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Cinnamon Bun Pancakes

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 4 people ()


  • 1 Packet ITG Plain Pancake
  • 4 pinch(es) Cinnamon
  • 1 Packet Splenda
  • 2 pinch(es) Nutmeg or Allspice
  • 1 Packet ITG Very Vanilla Pudding

Cinnamon Bun Pancakes Directions

  1. Make up a package of the Pancake, using enough water to make it slightly runny.
  2. Spoon into a nonstick skillet. Sprinkle the top with a mixture of cinnamon and Splenda (amount depends on how much you like cinnamon!)
  3. Make up the vanilla pudding with extra water so it's runny enough to pour, but not too thin. Pour over the Crepe. If you miss cinnamon buns like me, this really is yummy!
