ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

French Toast

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 2 Servings(s) ()


  • 1 dash(es) cooking spray
  • 1 packet Plain Pancake Mix
  • 1 packet Very Vanilla Pudding/Shake Mix
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • 0.33 cup(s) egg whites
  • 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ounce(s) unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

French Toast Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, pudding mix, baking powder, and Stevia and mix well.
  3. Add oil, water, and egg whites and mix, forming a batter.
  4. Spray a small loaf pan (5x3) with cooking spray and pour in batter.
  5. Bake 18-20 minutes. Test by inserting a toothpick into the center, if it comes out clean, remove from oven and allow the bread to cool. Slice the bread after cooling.
  6. Add egg, almond milk and cinnamon to a bowl and beat well.
  7. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and set to medium heat.
  8. Dip slices of bread in the mix and then cook in skillet until golden brown color on both sides.
  9. Drizzle with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup and enjoy!
