ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Chocolate Coconut Balls

For Step 3 of the ITG Diet Plan

Recipe

  • 1 cup(s) Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 ITG Dark Chocolate Pudding/Shake Packet
  • 0.5 ITG Very Vanilla Pudding/Shake Packet
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Hershey's Dark Cocoa Powder- Unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup(s) Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for Dough
  • 0.5 cup(s) Sweetened Shredded Coconut for Rolling
  • 0.5 cup(s) Coconut Oil- Melted but Not Hot
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
  • 2 Packets Stevia
  • 0.25 cup(s) Almond Butter

Chocolate Coconut Balls Directions

  1. In a food processor or by hand, mix all ingredients together into a dough. If too much oil, add extra 1/2 packet of ITG Very Vanilla powder or 1/4 cup of  extra flax seeds.
  2. Let dough sit in the refrigerator for about 30 mins to chill and stiffen.
  3. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and then roll each in sweetened coconut.
  4. Leave in refrigerator or freeze to transport.
  5. *1 batch equals 18 1-inch balls.*
