Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Tangy Tartar Sauce

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan

For 4 Servings(s) ()

Recipe

  • 0.5 cup(s) Walden Farms Amazin Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon(s) diced dill pickle
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon(s) finely diced onion (white or green)
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) dill weed

Tangy Tartar Sauce Directions

  1. Dice pickle and onion and add dill weed.
  2. Add lemon juice, starting with 1/2 tsp and then adding more, up to 1 tsp if desired.
  3. Stir all ingredients thoroughly into mayo.
  4. Makes 1/2 cup, use on the side of salmon, or any baked or grilled fish!
