ITG Diet OFFLINE Posts: 117 Thank you received: 15	Hi Monica, No drugs are not necessary on the ITG weight loss plan. Ketosis is a natural appetite suppressant so after the first couple of days you won't be hungry. Therefore no drugs are needed and you will actually have more energy on the high protein diet plan.
