Hi Mimi, How are you? It may be the sucralose or sugar alcohols depends on what you were eating before. Take a look at some of the labels on the boxes. It could also be the Calcium Magnesium you may cut this out for a week and see if symptoms subside. If diarrhea/loose stools persist, consider adding sugar-free Metamucil...the psyllium granules absorb water from the colon and form a stool, eliminating the "runniness". I also like probiotics for intestinal distress. I will help straighten out your intestinal flora and help with the diarrhea. This can be found in the health food store.
