Hi Alexis,

10 pounds in your first month is great! Women can potentially lose 2-4 pounds per week, so you are averaging 2.5 pounds per week in your first month. Good job!

In order to coach someone on this program online, we would need to see a Food Diary to get an idea of exactly what you are eating each day. Body chemistry and hormones also come into play, as well as hydration levels. You may also be eating something that might be a little heavy, therefore weighing you down when you get on the scale. Drinking plenty of water is required on this program, which can make you think your weight loss is stalled, when actually you are burning fat and retaining water in a healthy way. Taking measurements once per week in inches will show you if you are dropping inches, even when that pesky scale might give you a number that you don't like seeing.

There are so many factors to be considered, but the only way we can try to get to the bottom of it is by watching weekly measurements (Weekly Check-in) and Food Diary entries.

We also recommend that you only weigh yourself once each week, on the same day and same time of day for consistency.
