Hi LaYvonne,

No - pork rinds are not allowed on the ITG Diet. They are very high in fat and sodium even in small portions. They will keep you from reaching your goal.

1 oz contains 9 grams of fat and 515 mg sodium.

A great alternative and quick snack would be Turkey Jerky which has 1 g fat, half the sodium, and 19 g of protein. Plus, it's delicious!!
