Hi Catherine,

Lemon and lime are fine for use in your water, as long as you use them sparingly. There is sugar in lemons and limes, so just stick with a slice of either for some flavor. For another option, add a few slices of cucumber to your water for a refreshing twist. Make sure you are drinking a minimum of 8-8ounce glasses of water each day while on the ITG Diet Plan, not mixed with any sweeteners or "mixers" added to them.
