  • 2 cup(s) Crooked neck yellow squash
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch(es) Garlic
  • 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch(es) Black Pepper

Roasted Yellow Squash Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.
  2. In a medium bowl combine yellow squash, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss to mix.
  3. Place the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake in the lower part of the oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bottom is golden.You can add other allowed veggies and roast a medley!
  4. Remove and serve immediately.
