  • 1 Packet ITG Veggie Omelet
  • 4 Egg Whites (beaten)
  • 0.5 cup(s) Mushrooms (shredded)
  • 1 cup(s) Zuchinni (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil (or non-stick cooking spray)
  • 1 pinch(es) Spices of your choice

Mushroom and Zucchini Omelet Patties Directions

  1. Beat egg whites.
  2. Add ITG Omelet to whites and mix.
  3. Add shredded mushrooms and zucchini (You can have more mushroom than zucchini if you want.
  4. Stir and add herbs to taste.
  5. Eat as patties, or cut into pieces and enjoy on a salad or wrapped in lettuce.
  6. Makes about 5 large patties. Credit: 3 Fat Chicks
