Recipe

  • 2 teaspoon(s) Dried Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Fennel Seeds (we use whole, but you can crush the 1/2 tsp of whole seeds if you'd like)
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Minced Garlic (we use fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Minced Onion (we use fresh)
  • 2 pound(s) Ground Beef (or Chicken or Turkey)

Sausage Seasoning Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Can be rolled into sausage form, made into patties and grilled or evenly divided into a muffin pan and baked at 450 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.
