Recipe

  • 2 pound(s) Stew Meat (Chuck)
  • 0.5 cup(s) Water
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cumin
  • dash(es) Salt and Pepper to Taste

Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Directions

  1. Brown stew meat in oil on stove top
  2. Add all other ingredients to slow cooker on high
  3. Cover then simmer for about an hour and half or until meat is very tender
  4. Uncover and boil until liquid is almost evaporated
  5. With 2 forks, shred meat
  6. Serve with veggies
