  • 1 cup(s) Okra (about 8 pods)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 pinch(es) Pepper
  • 1 pinch(es) Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch(es) Desired Seasonings

Oven Baked Okra Fries Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Leave okra whole or slice in half lengthwise
  3. Place okra in Ziploc bag or bowl and mix in olive oil and seasonings
  4. Lay okra on baking sheet, do not overlap any pieces
  5. Roast for 10 mins, flip over and roast of 10-15 more mins or until okra is brown and crispy
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature
  7. Enjoy with Walden Farms Ranch dressing
