amchoor powder (or true lime powder)
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Tart Broccoli Chicken Directions
Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces.
Chop 4 cups of broccoli into small pieces.
Combine chicken and broccoli in a wok or sautee pan with 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of amchoor (tart mango) powder (or substitute true lime powder) toward the end of cooking and some sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Cook/stirfry on high, cooking chicken thoroughly.
