staying-on-track  Hi it’s me again, Maria one of the wellness coaches here at ITG Diet. I am just doing a follow up to my earlier testimonial blog about my journey with the ITG Diet Plan. I have been successful on step 3 maintenance with proper eating and exercise. One thing I notice is that it is always a thinking game…the maintenance part of a healthy lifestyle. If you’re really going to eat right and be conscious of everything you put in your mouth then you got to always think. Is this good for me? Does it have enough protein?  How much sugar is in it?

That’s ok but by no means am I saying it’s easy. I just made a schedule for myself week to week. When I am working out, what days like an appt. on my calendar. I even joined a group that cycles to the beach every Saturday morning and I love it!  I also plan what my meals look like for the week breakfast, lunch and dinner.  I also plan out my “fun food day” so that I have that to look forward to. It could be date night with my husband or a night out with the girls. I also always make sure I have a healthy snack with me in my purse so that if I get caught out somewhere and I get hungry I have my go to ITG bar or shake.

I figure it this way, it was hard work losing the weight and it took me 26 weeks. Now I want to stay looking and feeling fabulous. The only way to really do that is use what I learned on the ITG Diet Plan in my success for life! I know my health is worth it!
