This week’s loss 2 pounds…. I know as a wellness coach that the average woman loses 2-3 pounds a week on ITG Diet, a 2 pound loss is a good week. But, (everyone’s got one) the dieter in me still seems to get a bit discouraged with the same 2 pound weekly loss. My Wellness Coach, Maria, could tell I wasn’t as pleased with my weekly 2 pound loss, that’s when she suggested we update my measurements.
Chest - 2.75 inches
Waist upper - 2.75 inches
Waist lower -4.75 inches
Hip -6 inches
Arm -1 inch
Thigh -2 inches
Fat down 6%
BMI down 6 points
Weight -22.8
Wow! That’s 19 inches! I couldn’t believe the numbers, but my pants sure do, lol! I lost 19 inches and 22.8 pounds IN 10 WEEKS, and that was with an average weekly loss of 2 pounds. No more pity party here! I’m celebrating my weekly 2 pound loss. Thanks Maria for helping me get through this 10 week hump…lol
