ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Oven Baked Zucchini Chips

For Step 3 of the ITG Diet Plan



For 4 people ()


  • 1 large zucchini, cut into 1/8
  • 0.33 cup(s) whole grain breadcrumbs, optional panko
  • 0.25 cup(s) finely grated parmesan cheese, reduced fat
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) black pepper kosher or sea salt to taste
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) cayenne powder
  • 3 tablespoon(s) low fat milk

Oven Baked Zucchini Chips Directions

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini with a mandolin slicer. 
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together, except zucchini.
  3. Dip zucchini slices in the milk then place them into a gallon size bag filled with the dry seasoning, shake to coat, place onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 425 until crispy brown
