ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Satisfying Coffee Breakfast Shake

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 1 Servings(s) ()


  • 1 cup(s) coffee
  • 1 dash(es) cinnamon or cocoa powder
  • 1 packet ITG Cappuccino
  • 4 ounce(s) skim milk
  • 1 dash(es) stevia to taste (optional)
  • ice cubes for desired consistency

Satisfying Coffee Breakfast Shake Directions

  1. Brew coffee - can use regular or decaf. If drinking regular coffee, make sure to add one extra cup of water during the day.
  2. Add all ingredients to a NutriBullet, Ninja, or blender and blend to desired consistency.
  3. Add a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.
  4. Instead of ITG Cappuccino, substitute any ITG powdered shake/pudding mixes or an ITG Ready to Drink Chocolate or Vanilla Shake (do not add skim milk if using pre-made shakes).
