ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Tropical Orange Creamsicle Milkshake

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 2 Servings(s) ()


  • 1 Tropical Orange Shooter
  • 1 Vanilla Complete Shake
  • 1 cup(s) ice cubes

Tropical Orange Creamsicle Milkshake Directions

  1. Combine 1 Vanilla Complete Shake with 1 bottle of Tropical Orange Shooter in a blender, Ninja, or Magic Bullet.
  2. Add 1 cup of of ice cubes and blend. Use more or less ice for a thicker or thinner Creamsicle Shake.
  3. Pour into two glasses and enjoy! Makes 2 protein servings. Cut recipe in half for a single protein serving and save the rest for another time.
  4. More options! Use any combination of: ITG Fruit Drink, Protein Shooters, or Shake/Pudding Mix for flavor. Combine with Vanilla Shake Bottle, Very Vanilla Shake/Pudding Mix, or Vanilla Complete/RTD for your own delicious creation!
