We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided. Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on. Biscuits and Gravy with Cauliflower Rice

- 1 dash(es) sea salt
- 0.5 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 batch of Easy Cheesy Bread mini muffins
- 0.13 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 packet Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 cup(s) cauliflower rice, frozen
- 0.13 teaspoon(s) rosemary
- 0.13 teaspoon(s) sage
- 1 tablespoon(s) dried chives
Biscuits and Gravy with Cauliflower Rice Directions
- Bake Easy Cheesy Bread "mini muffins" using this recipe.
- Use 1 packet of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup mix to make a bowl of soup and stir in garlic, pepper, rosemary, chives, and sage. For a thicker gravy, use less water.
- Heat 2 cups of cauliflower rice in microwave (from frozen, about 6 minutes). Season with sea salt, pepper, garlic, and chives.
- Place cauliflower rice and mini muffins on a plate or in a bowl and top with gravy. Enjoy!
- Makes 2 servings to share, or count as 1 serving of protein in place of dinner protein. Please note, ingredients below are for soup and cauliflower rice. See the recipe for Easy Cheesy Bread for additional ingredients.
