ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Easy Cheesy Bread

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 1 Batch(es) ()


  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried chives
  • 1 packet ITG Cheesy Cheddar
  • 2 egg whites (or 1 egg for denser bread)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) basil
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 pinch(es) sea salt

Easy Cheesy Bread Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine soup mix powder and all spices. Stir until combined well.
  3. Add egg whites and olive oil to bowl and mix well into batter.
  4. Pour cheese batter into mini muffin pan (makes 6). For more servings, double the ingredients and use a small loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Test center of bread for doneness by pushing with finger to see if it bounces back.
