ITG Recipes for Steps 1-3

Feel free to enjoy the recipes here that can be used on the ITG Diet Plan.  One of our coaches has looked at, approved and most of the time has cooked the recipes we are sharing here.  We did not invent all of these recipes and will try to credit the author when provided.  Plan accordingly depending on the step of the plan you are on.  If you have a recipe you would like to share please send it to us!

Pumpkin Pie Pudding Rolls

For All Stages of the ITG Diet Plan



For 2 Servings(s) ()


  • 2 packets ITG Plain Pancake Mix
  • 1 packet ITG Very Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 dash(es) Pumpkin Pie Spice, or to taste

Pumpkin Pie Pudding Rolls Directions

  1. Add a dash or two of Pumpkin Pie Spice to both the Plain Pancake Mixes and Very Vanilla Pudding Mix.
  2. Make each food according to preparation instructions.
  3. Chill both pancakes and the Very Vanilla Pudding in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Spread Very Vanilla Pudding in a layer on one side of each Pancake and then roll into cylinder shape.
  5. Optional: Chill or freeze rolls, then cut into slices and enjoy!
